Pickup Policy

Store Pickup Process

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Philipsburg, PA flagship store free of charge.

Pickup Timeframe

Most orders are ready within 24 hours. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Bring the confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

Customer Identification

For security, the person collecting the order must present a government-issued photo ID matching the order details. If a friend or family member is picking up on your behalf, please email us in advance with their name.

Unclaimed Orders

We hold pickup orders for 14 days. After this period, the order is automatically refunded to the original payment method (less a 10% restocking fee for items returned to inventory).
